Job Summary
Seeking a California Licensed Mental Health Therapist, the full-time remote position will provide individual teletherapy sessions, conduct assessments, and collaborate with a care team to deliver high-quality therapeutic care.
Key responsibilities
- Provide individual teletherapy sessions via secure video and phone
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic care
- Collaborate with a care team to ensure coordinated and effective mental health services
Required qualifications
- Active California license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) with eligibility to treat patients independently
- Experience providing independent therapy in a clinical setting
- Master's degree (or higher) in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited program
- Experience using evidence-based practices for PTSD, depression, and anxiety disorders
- Comfortable with electronic health records (EHRs) and telehealth technology
