Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time salaried California Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide ongoing virtual therapy sessions, conduct assessments, and collaborate with support teams in a 100% remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide weekly virtual therapy sessions to a diverse client base
- Conduct a minimum of 27 billable sessions per week and complete necessary documentation
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative support teams to enhance client care
Required qualifications
- Must be a Licensed Behavioral Health Practitioner in California (Licensed Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)
- Must adhere to all industry legal and ethical standards
- Must have a secure, HIPAA-compliant space for telehealth sessions
- Must not be opted out of Medicare
- Must be available for 40 hours per week
