Job Summary
Delivering remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients, the part-time California Licensed Mental Health Therapist will maintain a caseload of 7-20 clients per week while utilizing various therapeutic modalities and collaborating with other mental health providers as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Provide therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations
- Utilize data to inform treatment adjustments based on client progress
Required qualifications
- Active license and in good standing as a LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in California
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with adults (18+) and at least six months of teletherapy experience
- Proficiency with clinical assessments for tracking client progress
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Availability for 8-24 hours per week, with a minimum of 1 hour per week during the first 6 weeks for training
