Job Summary
Compassionate and dedicated, the remote California Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide evidence-based teletherapy to clients aged 11-60, managing a flexible caseload and schedule as an independent contractor.
Key responsibilities
- Foster strong, supportive relationships with clients across age groups to create a safe therapeutic environment
- Deliver evidence-based individual teletherapy to clients experiencing mild-to-moderate mental health conditions
- Provide psychoeducation to parents and caregivers of younger clients, as applicable to your caseload
Required qualifications
- Licensed Professional with LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP credentials in the State of California
- Passion for mental health across the lifespan with a commitment to culturally responsive, equitable care
- Experience working with youth (ages 11-24), adults, or both in clinical or school settings
- Comfortable with telehealth and experienced in providing telehealth services
