Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the part-time or full-time California Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families, conduct assessments, and manage a caseload while working remotely or in a hybrid setting.
Key responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy to clients with diverse mental health needs, both virtually and in-person
- Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
- Complete timely electronic documentation and manage caseload logistics
Required qualifications
- Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Clinical Psychologist
- California residency is required for hybrid roles
- Must not be opted out of Medicare
- Strong clinical competency in trauma-informed and evidence-based practices
- Proficiency with EHR systems and digital tools
