Job Summary
To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time salaried California Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide weekly therapy sessions, maintain documentation, and collaborate with support teams while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide ongoing, weekly virtual therapy sessions to a diverse client base
- Conduct a minimum of 27 billable sessions per week and complete all required documentation
- Collaborate with the provider support team and administrative care support team to enhance client care
Required qualifications
- Must be a Licensed Behavioral Health Practitioner in California (e.g., Licensed Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)
- Adherence to all industry legal and ethical standards is required
- Must have a secure, HIPAA-compliant space for telehealth sessions
- Must not be opted out of Medicare
- Availability for 40 hours per week is necessary
