California Licensed Mental Health Therapist
Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the remote California Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide individual psychotherapy to adult clients, conduct clinical assessments, and develop treatment plans while enjoying the benefits of W2 employment and minimal administrative responsibilities.
Key responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy to adult clients through a secure telehealth platform
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Participate in monthly clinical case reviews and collaborate with clinical and operations teams as needed
Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted independent clinical license in good standing (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) in California
- 2+ years of direct clinical experience working with adults
- Comfortable providing psychotherapy through telehealth and using electronic health records
- Compassionate, empathetic, and nonjudgmental approach to care
- Spanish-English bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
