Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the part-time California Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide remote psychotherapy to adult clients, conduct clinical assessments, and develop treatment plans while benefiting from operational support and a steady client demand.
Key responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy to adult clients through a secure telehealth platform
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Participate in monthly clinical case reviews and collaborate with clinical and operations teams for support
Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted independent clinical license in good standing (California LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC)
- 2+ years of direct clinical experience working with adults
- Comfortable providing psychotherapy through telehealth and using electronic health records
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
- Spanish-English bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
