California Licensed Mental Health Therapist
Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the remote California Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide individual psychotherapy to adult clients while benefiting from W2 employment and minimal administrative burdens.
Key responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy to adult clients through a secure telehealth platform
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Participate in monthly clinical case reviews and collaborate with clinical and operations teams for additional support
Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted independent clinical license in good standing (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) in California or willingness to pursue licensure
- 2+ years of direct clinical experience working with adults
- Comfortable providing psychotherapy through telehealth and using electronic health records
- Strong clinical judgment and compassionate, empathetic approach to care
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus, but not required
