California Licensed MEP Manager

Job Summary

Leading the planning, coordination, and execution of complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across healthcare construction projects, the full-time California Licensed MEP Manager will serve as a key technical resource while managing multiple projects, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and conducting site visits as needed.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage multiple MEP projects within an active healthcare environment, ensuring project scope and compliance
• Conduct QA/QC on design documents and coordinate MEP BIM meetings for clash detection
• Oversee the review of MEP submittals, RFIs, and change orders for alignment with design and performance requirements

Required qualifications:

• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in project management, engineering, or construction management
• 5+ years of experience with HCAI/OSHPD projects
• Preferred certifications: CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED
• Strong background in healthcare facilities and hospital infrastructure
