Job Summary
Leading the planning and execution of complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in healthcare construction projects, the full-time California Licensed MEP Manager will coordinate with project teams and stakeholders while managing budgets, schedules, and compliance with healthcare regulations, primarily working remotely with occasional site visits.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage multiple MEP projects, ensuring alignment with design and performance requirements
- Conduct QA/QC of design documents and oversee MEP BIM coordination and clash detection meetings
- Coordinate start-up activities, operator training, and closeout submittals, ensuring compliance with construction documents
Required qualifications:
- BS in Construction, CM, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in project management, engineering, or construction management
- 5+ years of experience with HCAI/OSHPD projects
- Preferred certifications include CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, or LEED
- Proven experience in managing project scope, cost, and schedule across multiple projects
