Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mobile Building Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair work on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC systems and associated equipment
• Conduct facility inspections and respond to emergencies effectively

Required Qualifications

• Valid state driver's license
• Universal CFC recovery certification
• Minimum of four years of technical experience in building engineering
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and climb up to 30 ft ladders
• Must pass background, drug/alcohol, and MVR screening process
