Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Closer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Close loans in a timely manner in accordance with company and investor requirements
• Review and approve title commitments and insurance policies
• Review and reconcile closing disclosures with the closing agent to ensure accuracy of fees

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of mortgage experience required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Familiarity with general mortgage terms and required documents for processing and closing loans
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy
• Strong organizational skills are necessary
