Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Oversees pipeline of loans through the closing process
Balances Closing Disclosure and reviews files to generate complete closing packages
Works with investors, processors, and support staff to satisfy post-funding conditions

Required Qualifications

Minimum of two years' experience in Closing and Funding
Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
Extensive knowledge of recent TRID regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Knowledge of lending guidelines for multiple states is a plus
