Key Responsibilities

• Oversees pipeline of loans through the closing process
• Balances Closing Disclosure and reviews file to generate complete closing package
• Works with investors, processors, and support staff to satisfy post-funding conditions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience in Closing and Funding
• Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations
• Extensive knowledge of recent TRID regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Knowledge of lending guidelines for multiple states is a plus
