California Licensed Mortgage Disclosure Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Disclosure Specialist responsible for generating and distributing accurate mortgage disclosures in compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue Loan Estimates (LEs) and Closing Disclosures (CDs) accurately and timely
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and validate loan terms and fee data
• Coordinate with team members to resolve discrepancies and identify potential compliance risks

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of mortgage disclosure experience in residential lending
• Strong understanding of TRID, TILA/RESPA, and other federal/state mortgage regulations
• Experience with Encompass preferred
• Demonstrated computer skills in word processing, spreadsheet, and email software
• Ability to maintain a positive, constructive attitude in a dynamic environment
