Job Summary

A company is looking for a Residential Mortgage Loan Officer and/or Sales Leader (REMOTE - Nationwide).

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a pipeline through referral relationships and community networking
• Consult with borrowers to recommend appropriate loan options and complete mortgage applications
• Coordinate loan files with internal partners and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in originating residential mortgage loans
• Active NMLS registration or ability to meet NMLS requirements
• Familiarity with mortgage systems such as LOS/AUS/CRM tools
• Demonstrated accountability and ability to work independently
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
