Job Summary

A company is looking for a Residential Mortgage Loan Officer and/or Sales Leader (REMOTE - Nationwide).

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline through referral relationships and community networking
• Consult with borrowers to understand their goals and recommend appropriate loan options
• Coordinate loan files with internal operations partners to ensure smooth progression from submission through closing

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience originating residential mortgage loans
• Active NMLS registration or ability to meet NMLS requirements
• Familiarity with common mortgage systems (LOS/AUS/CRM tools) is helpful
• Demonstrated accountability and ability to work independently
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
