Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead retail mortgage sales teams to enhance productivity and close rates
• Originate residential mortgage loans and maintain a strong pipeline of clients

Required Qualifications

• Active NMLS License
• 2+ years of recent residential mortgage origination experience for Loan Officers
• 3+ years of retail or P&L management experience for Sales Leaders
• Established book of business
• Knowledge of federal and state lending regulations
