A company is looking for a Senior Mortgage Loan Originator/Producing Sales Manager in California.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate residential loans while leveraging internal partnership networks
• Build and lead a high-performing team of originators (if applying as Sales Manager)
• Manage the loan process from application to closing with operational support

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Proven track record of residential mortgage origination in California within the last 3 years
• Active NMLS license in good standing
• Ability to work with business partners to create win-win scenarios
• Experience coaching and scaling a production team (for Sales Managers)
