Job Summary

To drive regional growth and profitability, the full-time California Licensed Mortgage Manager will assist the Mortgage Regional Manager in leading Mortgage Loan Originators, maintaining a personal pipeline of retail mortgage loans, and actively participating in industry associations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support Mortgage Loan Originators to achieve production goals and operational excellence
• Recruit, train, and retain top talent while overseeing employee performance
• Communicate business objectives and promote a sales-driven environment through training and marketing initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Two or more years of experience as a Retail Mortgage Loan Originator
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience
• National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration compliance
• Thorough knowledge of mortgage products, operations, and market trends
