Job Summary
Assisting the Mortgage Regional Manager in leading and managing Mortgage Loan Originators, the full-time California Licensed Mortgage Manager will maintain a personal pipeline of retail mortgage loans, recruit and train talent, and promote an effective sales environment while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and support Mortgage Loan Originators to achieve production goals and operational excellence
- Recruit, interview, and train new employees while actively managing performance and retention
- Communicate business objectives and promote sales training and marketing initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Two or more years of experience as a Retail Mortgage Loan Originator
- Minimum of two years of supervisory experience
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration required
- Thorough knowledge of mortgage products, services, and current market trends
