Key Responsibilities

• Review loan approvals and determine required documents for closing
• Manage and prioritize a pipeline of 30-50 loans, ensuring timely communication and review
• Maintain knowledge of guidelines and meet monthly funding goals

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum 3 years recent mortgage experience
• Minimum 3 years basic computer experience (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Must be in good standing under the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act (Safe Act) and registered with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry
