Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor to oversee the processing of residential mortgage loans.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process mortgage loan files from application through closing
• Verify borrower documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Monitor loan pipeline to ensure deadlines are met and files move efficiently through the loan process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years' previous loan processing experience with strong understanding of conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loan guidelines
• Proven track record of managing a high volume loan pipeline with accuracy and efficiency
• Knowledge of underwriting terminology
• Maintain knowledge of lending guidelines, investor programs, industry requirements, and changes
