Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor specializing in new construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process mortgage loan files from application through closing, including new construction and portfolio loan transactions
• Verify borrower documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance while addressing outstanding loan conditions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of loan products, regulatory changes, and construction lending practices

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of previous loan processing experience with a strong understanding of conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, construction, and portfolio loan guidelines
• Experience processing new construction loans and working with portfolio/non-QM loan products
• Proven track record of managing a high-volume loan pipeline with accuracy and efficiency
• Knowledge of underwriting terminology and current lending guidelines
• Demonstrated experience in regulatory and compliance training
