Job Summary

To support a growing mortgage processing team, the fully remote California Licensed Mortgage Processor III will manage home equity line of credit, purchase, and refinance transactions, ensuring timely loan closings and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review loan approvals and determine required documents for closing
• Communicate with internal customers and respond within 2 hours
• Manage a pipeline of 30 loans, ensuring reviews occur every 3 days

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum 3 years of recent mortgage experience
• Basic computer experience (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) for at least 3 years
• Must be in good standing under the Safe Act and registered with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry
