Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience; MBA or Master's Degree preferred
• 5+ years of lending experience preferred
• Ability to work autonomously and exercise independent judgment
• Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
• Flexibility to work varying hours
