Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of current underwriting experience
• Experience in new construction underwriting
• Proficient knowledge of underwriting terminology and lending guidelines
• Ability to make independent decisions regarding loan acceptance and risk
