California Licensed MyChart Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the build, maintenance, and optimization of electronic health record applications, the full-time California Licensed MyChart Analyst will collaborate with clinical and technical teams to enhance user experience and ensure effective software implementation while working remotely from California.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, validate, and maintain the Epic application
• Provide end-user support for software implementations and document project issues
• Gather user requirements and evaluate workflows to optimize assigned applications

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a S.T.E.M. field or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of experience in technology or healthcare
• MyChart certification required within 90 days of course completion
• Knowledge of Epic software preferred
• Familiarity with ITIL and project management concepts is a plus
