California Licensed NCLEX Success Coach
Job Summary
A company is looking for an NCLEX Success Coach-Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee ATI implementation for nursing cohorts and track performance data
- Analyze student performance reports to identify learning gaps and develop remediation plans
- Conduct tutoring sessions and workshops to enhance student readiness for the NCLEX-RN examination
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or higher from an accredited institution
- Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN)
- Minimum one (1) year of teaching experience in a nursing program
- Minimum four (4) years of full-time direct patient care experience in medical-surgical nursing
- Demonstrated experience in student learning outcomes assessment and academic remediation
