Job Summary
Supporting nursing students in achieving NCLEX-RN readiness, the full-time California Licensed NCLEX Success Coach will provide individualized and small-group academic coaching, develop targeted support plans, and analyze performance data to enhance student outcomes in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide individualized and small-group academic coaching to enhance NCLEX readiness
- Analyze ATI performance reports to identify learning gaps and develop remediation plans
- Collaborate with faculty to integrate ATI resources and support student learning
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or higher from an accredited institution
- Current, active, and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
- Minimum of one year of teaching experience in a nursing program
- At least four years of direct patient care experience in medical-surgical nursing
- Experience in academic coaching or supporting student learning outcomes
