• Translate caregiver, business, and technical requirements into service architecture components

• Manage service lifecycle planning and establish service metrics to drive improvements and efficiencies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 8 years of experience as a Network Engineer (or 5 years with a Master's degree), including 2 years in the healthcare industry
• 8 years of experience in automation related to deployment and recovery processes
• 8 years of experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Perl, Ansible, VB Script, Python, or SQL
• 8 years of experience with resilience modeling and n-tier solutions
