Job Summary
To support the Data Center Engineering team, the full-time California Licensed Network Engineer will lead complex networking infrastructure programs, ensuring compliance with architecture, reliability, and cybersecurity standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Initiate and lead strategic programs in networking infrastructure, defining metrics and success criteria
- Make critical technical and business trade-offs in high-scale networking domains based on deep technical knowledge
- Establish systems and processes for reliable execution across a portfolio of strategic programs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of experience with data center networking architecture and operations in mission-critical facilities
- Experience mentoring and leading technical staff and managing cross-functional teams
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for multi-year technical programs
- Proven ability to influence engineering priorities and translate technical complexities into executive roadmaps
