Job Summary
Leading statewide behavioral health initiatives, the fully remote California Licensed Network Strategy Director will develop and manage partnerships, oversee network performance, and serve as the primary liaison between various stakeholders to enhance resource sharing and improve service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute statewide network strategies while fostering relationships with counties, providers, and managed care organizations
- Oversee provider network performance and contract effectiveness to optimize clinical service outcomes
- Lead stakeholder engagement and collaborative planning efforts to support statewide behavioral health initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, Behavioral Health, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Seven years of progressively responsible leadership experience in behavioral health, healthcare administration, or related fields
- Minimum three years of management or leadership experience overseeing programs and partnerships
- Experience managing provider networks or healthcare delivery systems strongly preferred
- Knowledge of California's behavioral health service delivery system and public-sector environment
