California Licensed Networking Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a California Licensed Networking Engineer, the full-time position will manage the architectural design and deployment of scalable network systems for data center facilities, ensuring compliance with reliability and cybersecurity standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and lead complex, multi-year strategic programs in networking infrastructure, defining project metrics and success criteria
• Utilize deep technical knowledge to make critical decisions and trade-offs in high-scale networking domains
• Establish systems and processes for reliable and scalable execution across a portfolio of strategic programs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 10 years of experience with data center networking architecture and operations in mission-critical facilities
• Experience mentoring and leading technical staff and managing cross-functional teams
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for technical programs
• Ability to influence engineering priorities and translate technical complexities into executive roadmaps
