Job Summary

A company is looking for a NeuroPsych Regional Specialty Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a regional sales team to exceed sales goals
• Drive the implementation of sales strategies and identify regional opportunities
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure compliance with policies and guidelines

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA degree with 8+ years of sales experience in biotech/pharmaceuticals, including 3+ years in sales management, or a Master's degree with 6+ years, or a PhD with 4+ years
• Strong sales disposition and proven sales performance
• Experience in launching products in complex environments
• Strong understanding of the healthcare regulatory environment
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and manage multiple projects effectively
