Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax-Exempt Organizations Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise non-profit organizations on legal issues related to corporate structure, governance, and compliance
• Provide outside general counsel services, connecting clients with appropriate resources
• Manage existing work and contribute to the growth and development of the firm

Required Qualifications

• J.D. degree required
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in non-profit/exempt organizations law
• California licensure required (residency not necessary)
• Experience in legal or non-legal work relevant to non-profit law is preferred
• Ability to adapt and learn in a corporate and transactional practice environment
