Key Responsibilities

Manually underwrite complex mortgage transactions to meet established guidelines
Perform detailed mortgage credit analysis and review loan documents for accuracy
Issue clear loan decisions and maintain compliance with investor and company Non-QM guidelines

Required Qualifications

Recent manual underwriting experience in the mortgage industry
Minimum 4 years of residential underwriting experience
Minimum 2 years of Non-QM specific underwriting experience
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Proficient with self-employed income calculations and guidelines
