California Licensed Nurse Auditor
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinical Quality Assurance Nurse Auditor to evaluate clinical information and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate clinical information and prepare various reports including Medical Record Reviews and Coding Reviews
- Perform quality assurance reviews of peer review reports and ensure compliance with client specifications
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and quality assurance issues as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field, or a minimum of five years related experience
- Must hold and maintain an unencumbered Registered Nursing license
- Experience in Emergency Room and Critical Care settings
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and treatment protocols
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and general computer operations
