California Licensed Nurse Consultant
Job Summary
Utilizing clinical expertise to enhance healthcare outcomes, the remote California Licensed Nurse Consultant will analyze state policy, provide consultation to clients, and recommend process improvements while collaborating with business development teams.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and apply state policy during client meetings and claims reviews
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide consultation and guidance to clients
- Identify opportunities for additional products or services and collaborate with the business development team
Required qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
- Minimum of two years of professional nursing experience, or a Master's Degree in Nursing may substitute for one year of experience
- Wound and Ostomy training and/or certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, hospital operations, and medical supplies
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
