Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Manager Clinical Quality Improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team in implementing quality improvement initiatives across various healthcare programs
• Collaborate with departments and health plans to develop, monitor, and report on quality improvement plans
• Analyze data and oversee critical programs such as HEDIS submissions and CMS Stars

Required Qualifications

• Clear and current CA Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license
• 5 years of Quality Management experience in a managed care health plan or medical group
• 5 years of experience managing clinical and non-clinical quality management staff
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in health sciences or a related field
• Knowledge of quality improvement tools and methodologies
