Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant for the Pacific Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and treat a panel of adult patients with Opioid Use Disorder, managing their continuity of care
• Provide diagnosis and treatment for co-occurring mental health conditions and coordinate additional services as needed
• Participate in clinical team meetings and quality improvement activities, collaborating with other healthcare professionals

Required Qualifications

• Valid license to practice medicine and DEA license in the home state, with eligibility for multiple state licenses
• At least 1 year of Buprenorphine prescribing experience in relevant medical fields
• Experience in telehealth is preferred
• Ability to share on-call responsibilities and cover holidays as needed
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred
