Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner for weekends in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide initial injury intake, follow-up, and case closures in accordance with policies and procedures
• Triage employees to appropriate level of care based on symptoms, history, and clinical judgement
• Perform virtual physical assessments and complete workers' compensation forms

Required Qualifications

• Active/unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (FNP/ANP) license in California
• Active/unrestricted Registered Nurse license in California
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a provider
• Prior experience in Occupational/Employee Health, Emergency Medicine, or similar settings
• Nationally Certified (ANCC / AANP) and possess an NPI
