California Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

To provide exceptional virtual care, the full-time California Licensed Nurse Practitioner will treat patients via tele-health visits, engage in continuous learning, and collaborate with teammates while working flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Treat patients through tele-health visits, including triage calls and video appointments
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds for ongoing professional development
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teams during daily huddles

Required qualifications

• Completion of an accredited FNP program with national certification
• At least 2 years of experience in outpatient primary care or urgent care within the last 5 years
• Current California nursing license with the ability to obtain additional state licenses
• Availability to work weekday and weekend shifts, including every other Saturday or Sunday
• Strong clinical skills and proficiency in utilizing technology for patient care
