California Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

To provide exceptional virtual care, the full-time California Licensed Nurse Practitioner will treat patients through tele-health visits, engage in continuous learning, and collaborate with a team, working evenings and weekends remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, including triage calls, video appointments, and follow-ups
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds for ongoing learning and development
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles

Required qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP program with national certification
• At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient primary care or urgent care setting in the past 5 years
• Currently licensed in California with the ability to obtain additional state licenses
• Availability to work weekday and weekend shifts, including every other Saturday and/or Sunday
• Excellent clinical skills and proficiency in evidence-based primary care
