Job Summary

Seeking a California Licensed Nurse Practitioner, the full-time remote position will deliver exceptional telehealth care for patients with migraine and headache disorders, focusing on diagnosis, personalized care plans, and patient guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver telehealth care and diagnose patients using ICHD-3 criteria
• Create and manage personalized care plans incorporating pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic strategies
• Perform or coordinate in-person procedures such as Botox and nerve blocks as needed

Required qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in California or Texas
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in headache medicine preferred
• Experience with key headache procedures, including Botox and nerve blocks
• Comfortable with telemedicine care delivery
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, startup-style environment
