California Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

Providing exceptional virtual care, the full-time California Licensed Nurse Practitioner will treat patients through tele-health visits, engage in continuous learning, and collaborate with team members while working remotely, including evenings and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, including triage calls and video appointments
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds for ongoing learning and development
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree in an accredited Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner program with active certification
• At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient primary care or urgent care setting within the last 5 years
• Current California licensure with the ability to obtain additional state licenses
• Availability to work weekday and weekend shifts, including every other Saturday or Sunday
• Strong clinical and communication skills
