Job Summary

To provide exceptional virtual care, the full-time California Licensed Nurse Practitioner will treat patients through tele-health visits, including triage calls and video appointments, while collaborating with teammates and engaging in continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, including triage calls and video appointments
• Engage in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree in a Physician Assistant program (MSPAS) or an accredited FNP program with national certification
• At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient primary care or urgent care setting within the last 5 years
• Current California licensure with the ability to obtain additional state licenses
• Availability to work weekday and weekend shifts, including every other Saturday or Sunday
• Excellent clinical skills and proficiency in evidence-based primary care
