California Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

To provide exceptional virtual care, the full-time California Licensed Nurse Practitioner will treat patients through tele-health visits, collaborate with team members, and engage in continuous learning while working evenings and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, including triage calls, video appointments, and email follow-ups
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles
• Participate in ongoing learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and other training opportunities

Required qualifications

• Completion of an accredited FNP program with national certification
• At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient primary care or urgent care setting within the past 5 years
• Current California nursing license with the ability to obtain additional state licenses
• Availability to work weekday and weekend shifts, including every other Saturday and/or Sunday
• Excellent clinical skills and proficiency in using technology for care delivery
