California Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

To provide exceptional virtual care, the full-time California Licensed Nurse Practitioner will treat patients through tele-health visits, collaborate with team members, and engage in continuous learning while working evenings and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls and video appointments
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and ongoing collaboration with virtual and in-office teammates
• Utilize clinical training to deliver high-quality care to patients virtually

Required qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP program with national certification
• At least 2 years of practice as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care or urgent care setting within the last 5 years
• Currently licensed in California with the ability to obtain additional state licenses
• Availability to work weekday and weekend shifts, including every other Saturday and/or Sunday
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
